Recently, the Company has identified certain irregular signs involving the use of Viet Phi’s name, transaction information, or employee communication details to send quotations, pricing information, order correspondence, or payment requests to customers, including customers who have previously conducted business with Viet Phi Agriculture Joint Stock Company.

Viet Phi Agriculture Joint Stock Company hereby affirms that all transaction-related information, quotations, order confirmations, payment requests, or changes to payment details shall only be considered valid when confirmed through the Company’s official communication channels.

In particular, for official transactions conducted under the name of Viet Phi Agriculture Joint Stock Company, the Company’s official transaction email domain is @vietphi.com.vn. Customers and partners are strongly advised to exercise caution with emails using unfamiliar domains, similar-looking domains, or any domain not confirmed by the Company.

– If you receive any email, message, or phone call showing suspicious signs, please retain all relevant correspondence, email addresses, phone numbers, bank account details, and related documents, and forward them to the Company for verification and support.
