Email Spoofing: Fraudsters have been stealing transaction information and creating fake email addresses to communicate with our customers. They often alter or remove a single character from the email address to make it look authentic.

For example, instead of [phuongptk@vietphi.com.vn], they might use [phuongptk@veitphi.com.vn].

Or, instead of [nganhtk@tanlonggroup.com], they might use [nganhtk@tanlongroup.com]

Authentic emails from Viet Phi Company will always come from our official email domain …@vietphi.com.vn (example: phuong.ptk@vietphi.com.vn) and (nganhtk@tanlonggroup.com) . If the sender’s email address looks suspicious or unfamiliar, do not respond or take any payment action.

Fake WhatsApp Accounts: These fraudsters also create fake WhatsApp accounts using the profile picture of the person in charge of your shipments. They then contact customers, urging them to make payments to fraudulent accounts that do not belong to Viet Phi Company. For example, instead of using our official account details, they provide false banking information.

We are notifying all our customers to be vigilant in all payment transactions. Please note that Viet Phi has only one official bank account for all transactions:
